Messaging and Communication Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in (e.g., via verbal agreement, online form, or text response), you agree to these terms.

Program or Brand Name: Home Pro Heating + Air

Program Description: Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, service status updates, billing notifications, promotional offers, or responses to your inquiries via our AI receptionist.

Message and Data Rates Disclosure: Standard messaging rates or other carrier fees may be charged by your carrier, depending on your wireless plan.

Message Frequency: The number of messages you receive will vary based on your interactions with us, but typically no more than 5 messages per month unless you initiate additional conversations (e.g., via support queries).

These messaging terms are part of our overall service agreement and ensure compliance with applicable laws. 

 


Service Agreement

Scope of Work

Contractor agrees to provide labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to perform heating, ventilation, and air conditioning work including but not limited to equipment installation or replacement, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable mechanical codes. All work will be performed in a workmanlike manner.

Equipment & Materials

Customer supply and install equipment, components, or materials required to complete the work. Equipment models and serial numbers will be recorded when applicable.

Repairs & Existing Equipment Disclaimer

Customer acknowledges that HVAC systems and components may fail due to age, wear, or pre-existing conditions. Contractor is not responsible for failure of other components that occur during or after repair of existing equipment. Repairing one component does not guarantee continued operation of the entire system.

Permits & Inspections

Where required, mechanical permits and inspections will be obtained for equipment replacement or installation unless otherwise specified. Permit fees may be included in the project price or billed separately.

Change Orders

Any additional work requested outside the original scope must be approved prior to completion and may result in additional charges.

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the agreed upon terms for the project. Contractor reserves the right to suspend work if payment obligations are not met.

Warranty

New equipment is covered by manufacturer warranties. Contractor may provide a workmanship warranty on electrical or installation/repair services determined by the contractor. Warranty does not cover lack of maintenance, electrical issues, misuse, neglect, or pre-existing system defects.

Refrigerant Handling

If applicable, refrigerant will be recovered, recycled, or handled in accordance with EPA regulations.

Limitation of Liability

Contractor shall not be liable for damages resulting from pre-existing equipment defects, equipment failure due to age or normal wear, hidden structural or electrical deficiencies, or customer refusal of recommended repairs.

Declined Repairs Clause

Customer declines recommended repairs or replacement of equipment deemed necessary by the contractor. The customer shall not hold responsible system failure, damage, or performance issues resulting from the declined repairs.

Acceptance of Agreement

Approval of a quote, estimate, invoice, or work order constitutes acceptance of the terms of this agreement.
